Tis almost the season to be jolly.

It's always the season to be jolly around here. But specifically Christmas. I'm excited out of my mind that fall is almost here already.

Have you ever looked up things that represent Christmas? I was (not so) shocked (actually) to find that freaky, flashy tacky, sweaters was a top hit.

And this may sound strange but, I am an artificial tree person my self. I miss the smell of a real tree but Yankee Candle has something to help with that.

But, seriously. I am feeling quite partial to pink Christmas trees this year. You may laugh. Yes, you may.

I mean look at that? What else would you want in the center of your living room. A green one?

                                                                                                 I think not.

So true.

*Smiles*

You know those days, the kind of days that you want to say something, but you don't know what. Or you have something to say and you just don't know how to say it? Yup. This is my day.

My week has been slightly overwhelming. I had been praying for God to give me opportunities to minister to people in my church, and others just around me. May it be babysitting, cleaning their house, it didn't matter to me. I started praying with expectancy of a speedy answer. That's something I've been trying to do, don't pray and think of a second resort for your answer and just hope God will bless it. Expect Him to answer and provide.

So why has my week been overwhelming? Because God is wonderful. Thursday night I went with my older sister and a friend to babysit three *adorable* children, ages 7,3, and 1. It was such fun! How can you go wrong with cute kids, fun games, and Barbie Princess and Pauper????

Friday, I woke up very early, got some things done, accomplished much that day with school, and left around 5:00pm to go babysit for a church with my two sisters and a friend.

14 children under the age of 8..... One word. Entertaining

We babysat from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Today We babysit again from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Then from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

I am one happy camper.

Happily. Ever. After.

<3

Books.

The End.

So. Most of you probably haven't heard of my love for the sound of the cello. Yo yo ma is sublime.

BUT. I have got to tell you about this new guy. Steven Sharp Nelson, is the guy I'm talking about. Oh yes. He's incredible. The pianist who accompanies him in some of his music is Jon Schmidt. He too is the bomb.

Here is Steven's  'The cello song' Prepare yourself. It's going to knock your socks off.

Here's another one of my favorites from Les Miserables. (Which is the most incredible story but and even better musical!)
This is, Bring him home.

But they have dozens of others that are SO amazing.

And they definitely make Algebra go a lot faster.

Just some more photos that I took last night. :)

Productivity.

Hello beautiful people.

I have ultimately decided that I need a camera. Yes it's true. I love photography with all of my heart (not really all of my heart, but a good piece of my heart). But I do not own a camera.

I need money. What's up with that stuff? It's here one second gone the next. Some might say it's because I'm a girl. Which is mostly true. I need to think further into my future. And get my priorities straight. Which means number one is to save.

When I take photos I generally use my sisters camera. She's my hero. And a kickin' photographer. (Her link is the Vita Scena Photography at the end of Photography. Love.)

So anyway. Despite the fact I need money for a camera. (Actually both would be nice....but anyway...) I have so enjoyed blogging the past few weeks. It kind of seemed like a dropped off the planet for a while. However I did not.

Two weeks ago my cell phone charger broke. I was in Florida when it happened and didn't get a new until yesterday. I have had the most productive two weeks of my life. Seriously. If  I wasn't taking pictures or with friends, I was cleaning, crocheting, cooking, blogging, reading my Bible. My room has never been more clean. EVER. I think I going to start turning off my cell phone all the time except for when I really need it.

I have also decided that between the hours of  4pm and 8pm photos look. incredible.

I will have photos up later! (Yes my cell phone is turned off, can you feel the vibes of productivity???)

Love you guys.
