Obadiah 1:3-4 KJV

3 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, who shall bring me down to the ground?
4 Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the Lord.

I have been in desperate need to be brought back down to the ground. Thank you Lord for you shall bring me down to the ground!

    great verse!
    have you heard the puritan prayer "plow deep within me, Lord"? well, that's what i thought of when i read verse 4. isn't that scary to ask God to plow DEEP within us? anyway, He's soing that right about NOW in my life! :) He is so gracious with me though!
